She also connects with architects, designers, developers, and ownership groups to devise turnkey workspace solutions from concept ideas to launch.

Additionally, Karen Condi leads market feasibility studies, workspace planning, pricing strategy, and operational frameworks for new and existing office spaces. During each project, she guides clients in repositioning underperforming office assets into higher-earning, flexible workspaces. She is a trusted advisor to executive teams on strategies for long-term growth, brand positioning, and asset performance.
